It can be dispersed in four ways-

1. Wind dispersal-sycamore fruits have wings which can be blown about and carried over distance

2.Water dispersal- fruits ehich float such as those of the water lily and the coconut palm are carried by water

3. Animal dispersal- seeds of juicy fruits are carried by birds and other animal

4.Explosions- some plant disperse their own seed .The pods dry sids open suddenly with considerable force which throws their seeds from some distance

Dispersal by wind – Seeds which are very light ,dry and have wings or hair are dispersed by Wind. Ex- dodonea and calotropis

Dispersal by water-The seeds float with the water and grown hair on sea shores. Eg-coconut.

Dispersal by animals -Seeds have hooks or are sticky get attached to fur of animals and get Dispersed. Ex -xanthium.
