Arundhati Roy is a great writer of India .she is a "one book wonder".she is known for her novel "THE GOD OF SMALL THINGS".

Arundhati Roy

She is a famous Bengali writer who got recognition for her book " The God Of Small Things " . Her other books include The Ministry of Utmost Happiness , The Cost of Living , Power Politics and War Talk etc . Beside that she has been actively writing for many of the famous newspapers and is know for her left leaning liberal ideology . She is cousin of the founder of the famous news portal NDTV's Pronoy Roy . Most of her writings inspired from the day to day struggle of a common man and the society , often reflecting the evils and jeopardy faced by them . She has been often criticised for her biased view towards hindu society .
