Answer:

The three states of matter are solid, liquid and gas. The particle model represents particles by small, solid spheres. It describes the arrangement, movement and energy of particles in a substance. The model can be used to explain the physical properties of solids, liquids and gases.

Answer:

The three states of matter are SOLID, LIQUID and GAS

The Solid Sate: In the solid state of matter the particles in the object are fixed they cannot move, the shape and the volume are fixed. Example: Brick

The Liquid State: In the liquid state of matter the particles in the object are moving but not so fast as in gaseous state, the shape of the object can shape but the volume remains constant/fixed. Example: Water

The Gaseous State: In the state of matter the particles are moving very quickly, so the shape and volume both are not fixed it changes. Example: Deodorant
