Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

___________________________

1. Meaning of Word

Introspection… huh ? This word really sounds cool to speak about. I mean, each one of us has at least once given a second thought to the incidences we have had in the past. Some of them gave us pleasure while some made us feel embarrassed. Several emotions arise in our mind whenever we think about those incidents. That is the time we examine the thoughts and feelings in our mind… We observe our mental state… This is what we call INTROSPECTION !

2. What happened after you introspected yourself for 5 mins?

It is hard to explain… but a mixed of emotion take over your brain. It feels as if the room you are sitting in melts away. You are so engrossed in recalling incidences and analyzing them that you forget about the time. Despite that it gives you a chance to know whether you had done something wrong in the past and correct it later on. To you it seems as if you had spent 5 minutes Into spectating yourself but the reality is far ahead..

3. What changes you think it can bring to your life ?

Has it ever happened to you ?

*That, You feel right doing the wrong thing.*

*Or, You feel wrong doing the right thing ?*

This feeling makes us all frustrated and can affect our relations with our close ones… But if you give yourself some time and feel what’s right and what’s wrong… then you can surely eliminate all the negativity from your mind and take a big leap towards your goal.

Now, that we talk about our goal. Of course.. it is the ultimate aim of our life… It is what we are living for… If we don’t have a goal… we are aimless… And more the time we utilize to achieve our goals… faster we can reach to the end. Introspection helps us to be more focused to our targets…

4. Merits and Demerits:-

Nothing in this world comes without side effects. Everything is a double-bladed sword … You have to pay some thing to get something… This is the rule…

Introspection too has merits as well as demerits…

Merits:-

We get to know ourselves… We can understand what we want to do with our lives… We give time to ourselves and get to think what we have done in the past… Our social life gets healthier and we take a step away from the darkness which we keep feeding to ourselves over and over again… Everybody faces hurdles in his/her life but it is us who decide whether to tackle the problem or not..  Give yourself some time and you will definitely come up with a solution !

De – Merits:-

Of course nobody is perfect… And everyone loves you the way you are… Nobody would want you to change yourself completely… To the people it would seem as if you have two faces and you are just trying to trick themselves… And Time is money… We already know about the time Introspection takes… Experience is our best teacher… So, shouldn’t we leave it over experience to correct us and help us learn in life… When will our goals end… Our selfishness takes over our goals.. If we achieve something our demand increase.. We want more… Why do we want to achieve anything before time… We will definitely get what we want with time if we are patient enough.

5. Do you think this should be applied in your life?

Me… huh ? ….. Maybe… But not always… All of us are born with love for each and everyone around us.. We don’t hate anyone… But instead of following our hearts full of light… we keep feeding ourselves with darkness… When will we stop to judge people on the basis of their looks and not by their personality… If we hadn’t done wrong in the first place… We would have never required to Intro spectate ourselves… Try to look inside your heart and you will definitely find a solution.. Why ?... As it is buried deep inside us….

HEYA !

Introspection means to observe one's one mental and emotional process.Introspection involves examining one’s own thoughts, feelings and sensations in order to gain insight. Being introspective is often a rare quality in anyone . It's very difficult to set a time to think for ourselves .

Introspection allows you to recognize these patterns, and how and why they have a detrimental effect on your emotions and outlook. You can consider alternate approaches to these situations and eventually, migrate away from the stressors altogether. Introspecting prevents you from worrying about things out of your control.

It allows you to make decisions based on your conscience . When it comes to making significant life decisions, the important people in your life will naturally have opinions. However, introspection helps you make decisions based on fully understanding what is right or wrong for you. Make choices based on what you truly believe, without letting other people's input sway you.

Demerits - The observer is expected to perform two mental activities simultaneously. He experiences his mental processes, and at the same time analyzes what these experiences were like.

Merits - It is an easy and simple method and provides direct observation of mental processes. By other scientific methods, the mental processes cannot be directly observed since those are purely private and personal experiences. Introspection is the only method by which the person can be directly aware of his own experiences. While using experimental method to study the mental activities, a laboratory and scientific instruments are required. But for the use of introspection method, no laboratory or test materials are required. So introspection method can be used at any time and at any place.

conclusion -
When we continuously go through our lives the same way, we inevitably block the chance of changing things for the better.By becoming more self-aware, we are able to have a better understanding of what we truly want in life. Naturally, this involves making changes, whether they're significant or menial. Of course, nobody likes change. It’s uncomfortable and scary, and we seek comfort in what we know.
But it is hard to follow for our good future we can prefer this .

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU !
