INTROSPECTION
1)) Meaning of Introspection .
If anyone asks me what do you mean by Introspection.
I would say with a little reflection.
In simple words, introspection means examining once on mentality or emotional feelings. As the word introspection is equal to intro + spection According to the word this has very simple meaning that is intro means about ourselves and spection means spectate or examine. Hence, the meaning of introspection is examining ourself but in reality, according to physiologist and physiology introspection means not only examining our on emotional feelings it's an entire examination of our own soul with a definite purpose ... According to physiology Introspection Is an activity In which we examine Ours on Soul.

2 )) What Changes come In Us after introspecting Our Self's For 5 min.
Today's morning was my 4 th Consecutive Introspecting time... I was introspecting myself for continuous 4 days as I wanted to know the actual feeling and changes that come in our mind after introspection.
After Introspecting My Self For Sometime I didn't know What's Happening in my mind I was suddenly moved to a positive Sphere of thoughts which were full of my feelings, emotions Imagination, love, and many many more things. I started thinking each and everything which came in my mind ranging from extreme happy to extreme sadness. As it Was Only for 5minutes then also it totally took Mee too another side of my brain where all others are absent only me with my thoughts and emotions. Which briefly described my whole life story till now.
This Made Me understand myself How I am, what all things are there in me. Till now I Used To Be very anxious about my behaviour thinking about my negatives. But after introspecting myself for 5 minutes I understood that There are more positive in me rather than negatives as during introspection only very few negatives came in my mind and all other things which came in my mind were positive. Therefore I took a decision that from today itself I would never think about my negatives and be worried rather than that I would try to make a positive approach in each and every negatives.
3)) Changes That introspection can bring in our life.
Change in the decision...
From the past to the present we get hardly enough time to make a decision rather than thinking. The decision taken once cannot be changed in the future. We take each and every single decision which is important In our life by asking someone else who is important to us.
I think that this attitude should be changed as We need to take any decision our selves rather than taking others decision, we should not take the decision made by others as we need to take feedback from others on our decision. So I think introspection can Make a change in this as during introspection We think more about ourselves than others.
Control on Ourselves.
We, Humans, Have Became very self-centred Wanted everything in our way. If everyone in the world thinks like this than in the whole world nothing can become a success as each and every person will hate others. Which is. Extremely bad for the future as many conflicts on this can even take others life. We cannot control everything in life, therefore, we should learn to accept the way our life folds. I think the ability to accept the reality can be achieved by introspection.
Our whole life is made up of huge puzzles of challenges each and every hour, minute and even in each second one or two challenges becomes an obstacle it may be in the form of Taking, decision or Any mental challenge. Each and every person have their own sets of problem. We cannot run from them as they are greatest chasers...we can never anticipate or ignore each problem that comes in our way. So without storing some boldness in our mind, we cannot move forward thus becoming bold is also a great part of our life. How can we become bold? To make yourself bold we need to take an action on the problem so the more you think about the action the more you become bold. Thus introspection makes us a way to think which directly makes us bold.
Thus By Introspecting, we can change this all things and many more changes in our life
