- It forms thick layer of Ovary.  

$\textbf{In males -}$  

✓ Similarly in males it is present at the outer layer of Testes.  

- It covers testes in males.  

✓ Tunica albuginea is also present on the outer covering of $\textit{Corpora Cavernosa}$ of penis.
