one is a bin of biodegradable waste and the other non biodegradable.
in biodegradable bin we can dispose organic waste like vegetable waste and other which can be degraded by organisms.
In the other bin we should dispose plastics and the other items which cant be degraded but they can be recycled.this system thus helps the job of ragpickers.
