social reformers are those who try to bring new positive changes by eliminating socila evils of our society, like Raja ram Mohan Rai did earlier against sati pratha. And fundamental rights ,means this rights are for the welfare of each and every individual of country, as right to speech ,right to equality, etc. through this you can develop you personality. And fundamental duties means those duties which you have to fulfill as a sincere citizen of your country, as by protecting historic monuments of our country.
