My favourite leader is Mahatma Gandhi. His full name is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. The word 'mahatma' (great soul) was conferred upon him by his great friend, Rabindranath Tagore, the great Indian poet. Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2nd October 1869, at Porbandar in Gujarat.

❣My favorite leader is none other than Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam who became the 11th president of India. He was a scientist who was born on 15th October 1931. He served the country as the President from 2002 to 2007. He was amongst the most respected leaders in the country and he was and will remain my favorite leader. He has contributed a lot to the country and he was also a great scientist before he became the President. He always loved discovering new things and being a politician he was never played politics. He was a very fair man and he was also very honest. He was honest to himself and therefore he could be honest with the world. APJ Abdul Kalam has also been a part of the Indian Space and Research organization and he headed a lot of projects when he was a part of the ISRO.
