What is it that really matters the most in our life?

In the simplest words 'NOTHING'.

As a matter of scientific fact, "matter" is nothing but an ILLUSION. When you analyze an atom you see that it is 99.9999% empty space. There is a certain wisdom in this small fact which is easy to remember but so hard to understand.

You yourself are composed of 99.9999% empty space. So is your boss and your spouse, your car and your house, your pride, your values, your ego, everything is an illusion which seems to matter while you live in your little shell.

For a small seed, moisture and warmth matter the most, once it's out of it's shell, it has transformed into something else, then sunlight and soil matter more to it and it competes with other seedlings for same, when it flowers, the pollinators matter more than anything, the ability to fight pests matters when it is attacked, it fights it's way through life to become a big and strong tree, only so it can be spent, liked, disliked, admired, feared, idolized and one day reduced to ashes which get composted in the soil and become a smaller part of something else that starts out on a bigger journey.

Life of humans is similar, I started off as a sperm somewhere someday, born out of some one's moment of pleasure, love whatever. I fought my way through some rough terrain to become the form of life I turned out to be. Then one fine day, I just broke out of the shell I was so used to for 9 months and since then life has been a roller coaster ride. I just go about my life trying hard not get used to the shells I live in, waiting for the shell to break and wondering how big or how tough the next one will be.

Hope it was helpful

Explanation:

What really matters in Life? When you were a child, did anyone tell you? If that did not happen, it should have. Knowing what really matters in life helps you create a blueprint for your life.

It helps you develop a sense of purpose . . . a sense of direction. If you do not have a sense of purpose or a sense of direction, you will find yourself drifting along in the Ocean of Life . . . you will find yourself swept up in the currents and waves of the Ocean of Life. Life is about purpose. Life is about direction.

If no one ever told you what really matters in life, I will. There are only three things that really matter in life.

These three things are all that the world wants to know about you no matter where you live in the global village that we know as Planet Earth — the space and place you occupy along with 7.6 billion souls. Your happiness and success are directly connected to these three things. And these three things that really matter are actually questions that the world asks you:
