Abul Pakir JanuulaAbduddin Abdul Kalam or APJ Abdul Kalam (15 October 1931 - 27 July 2015) known as Missile Man and President of the People, was the Eleventh elected President of the Republic of India. He was well known as a former President of India, a well-known scientist and engineer.
He has also been involved in the efforts of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for four decades as a scientist and administrator for four decades and also for the development of India's civilian space program and military missile. .
