even I used to feel like that, but when I became a moderator(now I am no more a moderator) then only I recognized how difficult it was to face those users , moderators usually have their personal targets of moderation ,they try their best to reply and help users.

Sometimes maybe they won't do so cuz of huge burden on them, but that really doesn't mean that they're ignoring you.
