I received your letter yesterday. In it you have expressed your inability to join us in the picnic. You also wanted to know my experience in the picnic. Dear Moon, what a pleasure it would have been if you were in the midst of us! Really, we missed you very much. Anyhow here is a short description of the same.
We selected Sonargaon for the picnic spot. It is some twenty miles of Dhaka. We were about thirty five in number including one of our teachers. We reached there by bus at about 9 am with all necessary utensils and materials. After having reached there, we finished our breakfast by 9.30 am. We did not take any cook with us. Our Mathematics teacher, Mr. Anwar Hossain has a reputation as an expert in cooking. He helped us in cooking.
At about 2 pm the lunch was ready. By this time all of us became hungry. So, we all of us took our lunch with full appetite. After lunch, we went out for sightseeing. You know Sonargaon is a place of historical interest. It was once the capital of Bengal. The museum of Sonargaon charmed us most. We started for home at 5 pm after taking our tea.

Dear Friend,
Our friends are good here and I hope you are too. I just returned from the picnic and I am tired as hell. Despite my tiredness, I felt it is mandatory to acknowledge you of our picnic experience as you missed it.
You already knew that we have chosen Ooty as the picnic spot but the plan finally messed up terribly. We changed the picnic spot to Kunnur as Raju joined us lately, like always.
We departed from my home at 8'O clock in the morning and reached Kunnur at 11'O clock as the car we chose for the picnic broke down near Mettupalayam. However, we reached before 12 PM. That is where we have lost the picnic plan completely because of the weather. I am not lying, the weather was so terrible than normal days. It rained all day. Our friends started thinking, what next? because all the plans that we made were gone forever.
At that time Raju came up with a good plan. He suggested us to go to a good hotel and have lunch. That is the first time ever, Raju got appreciated by every one of our friends. So, according to his plan, we found a non-vegetarian hotel and finished lunch. That was the only good part of our picnic.
However, we enjoyed a lot, at the same time, we missed you a lot. Hope you could join us on the next trip.
