v = d/t

a = v/t

equation of motion

v = u + at

s = ut + at^2/2

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

Answer& explanation : velocity - m/s because velocity means the rate at which displacement takes place .

acceleration- change in velocity/ time taken = m/s2

                      a=v-u/t ( where v is final vel.& u is initial )

displacement- shortest distance covered between initial and final position .

             both these are  measured in meters or km

distance - length of actual path covered between initial and final points.

uniform circular motion-This is usually given the letter w (Greek omega) and is measured in radians per second (rad s-1).Time period for one rotation (T) = distance/velocity = 2πr/v = 2π/w. Therefore linear and angular velocity are related by the formula: Linear velocity = radius of circle ´ angular velocity v = rw.

There are  different equations for motion-
