area of circle= πr2

area of semicircle= πr2/2

circumference of circle = 2πr

circumference of semicircle = πr

area of ring = π(R2_r2)

length of an arc = O/ 360 ×2πr

area of minor sector = O/360×πr2

area of major sector =360 -O/ 360×πr2

area of minor segment=O/360πr2-1/2r2 sino

area of major segment = area of circle -area of minor segment

Answer:

Explanation:

What is  a circle ?

A circle is a two-dimensional figure made up of points that are spaced out from a fixed point (center) on the plane by a fixed or constant distance (radius). The fixed point is referred to as the circle's origin or centre, and the fixed distance between each point and the origin is referred to as the radius.

The Circle with radius r.

area of circle= \pi r^{2}

area of semicircle= \frac{1}{2} \pi r^{2}

circumference of circle = 2\pi r

circumference of semicircle = \pi r

area of ring = \pi(R^{2} -  r^{2})                        [R radius of bigger circle ]

length of an arc = \frac{\alpha }{360} (2\pi r)                     [α angle suspended by the arc]

area of minor sector = \frac{\alpha }{360} (\pi r^{2} )

area of major sector =(360-\frac{\alpha }{360}) \pi r^{2}

area of minor segment= \frac{\alpha }{360} (\pi r^{2} ) - \frac{1}{2}r^{2}sin\alpha

area of major segment = area of circle -area of minor segment
