A "proper" fraction is one in which the numerator is LESS than the denominator.
Write down all the possible ways 10 can be expressed as the sum of 2 different numbers.
Each of them can become the proper fraction with the smaller number being the numerator and the bigger number the denominator.
e.g. 10 = 1 + 9, so one example of the proper fraction is 1/9
Hope you now get the idea to identify the other proper fractions yourself.
(Of course, this assumes that the proper fraction is POSITIVE. Otherwise we could have solutions like -1/11 (10 = -1+11), -2/12 etc. which is an infinite list)
