P (Perimeter) = a + b + c (where a,b, and c are sides of the triangle)

s (Semi-perimeter) = P/2

AREA = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

For isosceles triangle,

a = c

So,

P = 2a + b

s = a + b/2

A = b√(4a^2 - b^2) / 4

For equilateral triangle,

P = 3a

s = 3a/2

A=a^2×√3/4
