Types of hormone:

1. Pitutary gland: Growth H. and trophic hormone.
2. Thyroid: Thyroxine: Helps in metabolism.
3. Pancreas: Insulin(reduces blood sugar level) and Glucagon(increases blood sugar level)
4. Adrenal: Adrenaline(Helps in emergency situations, increases BP)
5. Testes: Testesterone (Responsible for secondary sexual characters in males)
6. Ovary: Progestorone and Oestrogen( help in secondary sexual characters in females and menstrual cycle).
