Hey Brainly user

here is your answer

Trigonometry Identities :

 \sin( \alpha  )  {}^{2}  +  \cos( \alpha )  {}^{2}  = 1

 \sec( \alpha )  {}^{2}  -  \tan( \alpha )  {}^{2}  = 1

  \csc( \alpha )  {}^{2}  -  \cot( \alpha )  {}^{2}  = 1

The three main functions in trigonometry are Sine, Cosine and Tangent.

They are just the length of one side divided by another

For a right triangle with an angle θ :

sin=opposite/hypotenuse cos=adjacent/hypotenuse tan=opposite/adjacent

Sine Function:

sin(θ) = Opposite / Hypotenuse

Cosine Function:

cos(θ) = Adjacent / Hypotenuse

Tangent Function:

tan(θ) = Opposite / Adjacent
