Now , If we Choose 3 at the Hundred place the 0 and 7 can be placed in the ten and unit places with two possibilities which are 07 and 70 .

If we take 7 at the hundred place then also we can put 0 and 3 in two possibilities like 03 and 30 .

Summing up all , You will get 307 , 370 , 703 and 730 .

So 4 Possibilities Possible.
