if I will be the principal of my school I will resticate who are coming late in the class and I will make some rules which are related to some teachers who will come late I will suspend them and they will be absent for some days.if I will be the principal of my school I will make one big round I will give the permission to play all the student in that but only in the correct time I will make some rules like doing in the morning some PTS and we can enjoy after that there will be one extra class of computer lab, science lab and something related to studies of genius.I will give free and sufficient freedom to the students but if they will be going in the wrong way I will be taken strinct action . if I were the principal of my school I will allowed the poor people to study in our school in the some less money and I will make certificate for poor student for studying free education for taking free education I am not to lose my temper but studying in a good manner.

Students are always afraid of their Principals. The Principals want their students to progress in life. If they do not do their work, they beat them. Then the Principals enforce discipline among their students. But if I were the Principal, I would endear myself to them. I would remove the causes of fear from their minds. I would see that they are not afraid of me. I would see that their hidden talents are out. I would solve all their problems regarding their studies. I would be their friend, philosopher and guide.
