The ganga plain extends from Ghaggar to Teesta river.
It is a part of northern plains.
It spreads o er the states of haryana, Delhi.

Very fertile agriculturally productive land by alluvial soil and it's tributaries.

Thick Mangrove and Everygreen forest are found in. Ganda Delta.

Major crops grown in that area are rice, wheat , maize, sugarcane etc.
