ADDITION -
Addition is a process of calculating the total of two numbers or more Numbers. Combining two or more things together is known as Addition. The symbol of Addition is (+) . For example - 2 + 3 = 5 , 4 + 6 = 10 .
SUBTRACTION -
Taking something away from a group or number of things is known as subtraction. The symbol of subtraction is (-) . It tells the difference between two numbers. .
CONCEPT OF ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION -
Teachers should teach their students in a creative way so that students can understand addition and subtraction easily.
Teachers should give a clear meaning of addition and subtraction.
Teachers should teach children how to combine things for addition and how to separate the things for subtraction.
Teachers should use different methods or strategies to teach Addition and Subtraction by using different things like chocolates, toys. So , they can learn in a playful manner .
