✒take some vinegar solution in a beaker and fix 2 iron nails to a rubber cork .

✒place the cock in a beaker connect the nails to the two terminals of a battery through a switch and a bulb ✒switch on the current the bulb starts growing

✔ this shows that vinegar solution conducts electricity

✒now repeat the same experiment with distilled water

✒ you will notice that this time the bulb does not glow

✔this shows that distilled water does not conduct because it does not have ions or charged particles. Vinegar conducts electricity but they are weak conductors of electricity.
