take a 500 ml beaker and fill it with three fourth of water dissolve two or three spoonful of sugar in it are half spoon of East powder to the sugar solution cover the bigger and I love the mixture of sugar and solution and East powder to stand in a place for 4to5 hours now smell the solution you will get a characteristic pleasant smell coming from the because this is called alcohol due to fermentation
