Procedure:-Some food items were taken and placed on a brown paper spread or a table .The food items were crushed carefully from and the paper was held towards light.

Observation:- A number of light greasy sportswear seen on the paper .

Inference:- The formation greasy translucent spots on the paper shows the presence of fat in the food
