The line graph depicts the range of cars that were theft per thousand vehicles in four different countries, namely Great Britain, Sweden, France, and Canada from the year 1990 to 1999. As an overview, Great Britain experienced great theft ranging between 15 to 20 while Canada and France experienced the lowest theft ranging between 5 to 10. Sweden had experienced a striking rise.

In the case of Great Britain, the theft was 18 cars per 1000 in 1990. It rose to 20 cars in 1992. It had seen a decline to 17 cars in 1993. In the subsequent years, it had seen a progressive increase with 18 and 19 cars in 1994 and 1995 respectively. In 1996, it reached its peak with 20 cars per 1000 vehicles. Later, this theft began to fall. It was 19, 18, and 17 vehicles in 1997, 1998, and 1999 respectively.

In the case of Canada, France, and Sweden, theft was 6, 7, and 9 respectively in 1990. It increased to 7, 9, and 9 respectively in 1991. The theft rate in Canada and France began to fall in 1992 and 1993 with 6-7 and 5-6 respectively. However, it was increasing and maintaining its potential in Sweden with 9 to 10 between the years 1992 to 1994. There was a scarce change in theft in Canada and France in 1994. The theft increased proportionately in the consequent year 1995. The theft of cars was 5, 5, 5, and 6 in the years 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999 respectively for Canada. In the case of France, it maintained its level at 7 in the years 1996 and 1997. In France, it dropped down to 6 in the years 1998 and 1999. In a nutshell, the theft in 1999 for the Countries Canada and France are the same. On the other hand in Sweden, it was 10 cars in 1995 and rose high to 13 in 1996. It remained at 13 cars between 1996 to 1998. It touched its peak in 1999 with 14 cars per 1000 vehicles.

In a nutshell, the theft of cars per 1000 vehicles is higher in Great Britain and is lower in other countries. Perhaps, it continues to increase in the subsequent years.
