The given diagram shows how the distribution of the cost of construction of a house. We have taken into account the price of bricks, cement, steel, supervision, labour and timber. Labour has the largest cost at almost 20%, followed by cement which is 20%. The cost of bricks, steel and supervision are the same at 15%. Finally, the lowest cost is that of timber which is just 10%.
