' Helping hand for Maharashtra flood relief '

Notice is hereby issued to the students of XYZ Public school informing that donations are being collected from the school members in order to help the flood victims of Maharashtra . Students of all classes of our school and the school staff are requested to provide a helping hand to the suffering homeless , people taking shelter in the relief camps and to those suffering for the need of food, clothes, drinking water and medicines. Thus in order to stand by them and assist them, our school has decided to raise a relief fund to help them. The students are requested to deposit the money and other essential provisions of clothes medicine and dry food to their respective class teachers by the 22nd of August . All the collected amount will be send to them through the chief minister’s relief fund. For any further inquiries please contact the undersigned.
