with due reverence and humble submissions, it is stated that my father is handicap ,hence met with an accident .I am serving here under your kind auspices but too far and distant from my parents. There is no one to take care of my parents at home except me.

In view of above circumstances it is very humbly requested that i may very kindly be transferred to my home station i.e, from ABC to XYZ station please.
