I am Losblancos, posted as (designation) in (name of department) of railways. My railway quarter number is 32, located at Second floor, E Wing, Hazratganj.
I live here with my family, and recently my wife and child met with an accident. Doctor has advised them not to use staircase for almost six months.
Since, my quarter is at second floor, they face difficulty in running errands. Therefore, I kindly request you to change my quarter on ground floor.
There are several vacant quarters available there. Will be obliged with your kindness.
