I am ABC, a student of class 9 of your institution. I am writing this application to state that I have been suffering from fever since 27-11-2019. It has already been 3 days but still I am not feeling well. So, my parents have decided to visit a reputed hospital for check up.

Therefore, I request you to grant me a leave for 3 days, that is, from 1st December to 3rd December. I shall definitely join the classes from 4th December and cope up with the assignments and the lessons.
