Sub: Request letter for two days' leave

Respected sir

I am Sanvi, a student of class VI-A, writing this letter to request you to grant me a leave of absence on 12th February and 13th February.

Sir, my uncle has been unwell for a few days now. He has been hospitalized but there has been not much recovery. My family and relatives are going through a harsh crisis. Even I am not able to cope with studies and visiting him.

I shall ever remain grateful if you grant me two days' leave to spend time with him and make him feel better. I promise that I will catch up on all the work that is done in these two days.
