Subject - Request to change window panes.

Sir,

We students of class 5-C, want to inform you that, there are three broken window panes in our classroom number 3.

Several students, who sit near the window, have been injured due to these window panes.

Our strength is large in comparison to class, that is why, we can not leave the window seats empty. This leaves us with no option other than to sit there.

These panes cause lot of problem during windy days, when strong winds blow, causing rattling of windows.

Therefore, kindly look into the matter and please get these window panes repaired. Will be obliged with the action.
