This is to bring to your kind attention that my child Ananya/Aayan Verma, who is a student of your reputed school is diagnosed with jaundice due to which he/she cannot come to school for the upcoming week as the doctor has prescribed him medications and bed rest for recovery. He/She is studying in Class 8th Section A of Junior wing. I will take the class work of my child from his/her teachers and classmates and will try to complete the work at home before sending him/her to school again. After he/she gains health and recovers, I request you to kindly take the missed weekly exams and other minor tests routinely taken by you in schools as home tests.
I on behalf of him/her, humbly request you to kindly grant her/him leave from 18th April to 25th April 2018, I will be thankful to you for considering the exigent cause and cooperation.
