Sub- seeking permission to distribute the sweet.

Venerable Sir/Mam,

As it is a cliche that we should share the moments of our joys and happiness with our near and dear ones, so a moment of happiness for me is coming. It is my birthday on 17 January 2019 on which I would like to distribute the sweets amongst my friends and teachers to relish it with all together.
Ergo, I solicit you to permit me to distribute the sweet and some eatables.
