We all know the famous proverb that prevention is better than cure, therefore, you are requested to take a notice of it and provide our primary health center with the required vaccine so that a state of emergency does not arise here. I hope you will help us out soon and provide us with these vaccines.

Respected Sir,

I want to inform you that there is a mere shortage of vaccines of Japanese encephalitis in the Vasai Health Care Centre, Mumbai. A huge problem is caused due to this shortage, as there a large number of children below the age of 1 year in this locality.

I thereby on behalf of our Health Centre request you to kindly send the above mentioned vaccine at the earliest, so that ever child is vaccinated.
