I will start from the topic but i will not be writing adress or dates anymore
I beg to say that I have a problem in the class to be solved.I want my seat to be changed because the boy sitting next to me troubles me in my work and also shouts in the class.He doesn't like to attend any lectures and therefore disturbs me.So,A sudden action is needed to prevent the problem issues.

Dear teacher,
The boy who us sitting next to me is troublesome. He doesn't allow me to listen classes and disturbs me constantly. He makes wild noises which are very horrible to hear. His name is Joe Antony.....
Because of him, I cannot pay attention to teachers properly. And I get scoldings in return. Please change my place.
I want to be a good student in the class, so please change my place.
