In addition to the online, the council also provides option to register with the council through offline mode. For this, please click “Sign up” and follow the instruction, you would be able to download the application form after you have logged in to your profile. Just print that and submit with the necessary documents highlighted in the application form to the office. You must send the application through speed post, do not send any original certificate with speed post; you may be required to bring the same during verification.
