Sir,
With due regard it is submitted that the students of IXth class have wished to arrange special classes in English after the school hours. It is brought to your notice that our English Lecturer was out of station for 2 months consequently most of the students have failed in the First Terminal Examination.

Now the worthy lecturer has joined the school. As such he may kindly be asked to take extra periods in the interests of the student’s community.
