We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the students of your college, are highly interested to arrange a book fair on the occasion of the Victory Day. We strongly believe it will enhance the patriotic zeal among the students and increase their love for reading books. We have already contacted the local booksellers and publishers, and they have also given their consent to participate in the fair. Some of the teachers of our college are giving us necessary guidance. Now what we need most is to prepare and decorate the college playground for this purpose.

This is Rakesh Singhania, a student of your prestigious institution, belonging to the 12th standard. Sir, on the behalf of every student I appeal to you for arranging a book fair just like the previous year. Book fairs have a positive effect on the students and also provide a recreational source for all the children. students can buy books from the fair held at their school itself and that would save a lot of time. It will also enhance the qualitative aspect of the book club that we just initiated a few months ago.
