Dear Sir,

I am an employee since 2010, working for the Public Market Sector at Noida branch. This is to bring to your notice that the ration card service has bad functioning in our area.

I have applied for a ration card in the year 2016 and I haven’t received it yet. 

I hold the employee id #123445 and I would like to apply for a new ration card. Would you please look into the request and sanction me my ration card at the earliest.
