sub: change of place due to eyesight problems.
                                 As i have been diagnosed with high power by the doctors, I request you to change my seating arrangement as i am having extreme difficulties in seeing what is written on the board. Straining my eyes is has been causing extreme head aches and burning sensation in my eyes. My speed of writing has been reduced and i cannot cope up with what is taught in the class.
i am also afraid of my grades falling. so I request you to change my place to the front, near the board as soon as possible.
