I am _____ (your name) belonging to (school name) from class ___ under roll no ____. I will not give the online exam because i am not feeling well. From few days back i am not feeling well. i have checked to doctor and doctor give me medicine with 1 month rest. and now, on tomorrow i have exam.

so, from above reasons i want to say that i will not give any exam.
