I am siva Das a student of class IV-A having Roll Number 12. With all due respect, I on behalf of the students of class IV-A would like to request you to arrange the annual picnic.We have a week to decide on a venue, mode of transportation, and food. I spoke with the entire class, and we agreed on a location that is not far from our school. We were all discussing whether or not we should go to Diamond Harbour this year. We can pick a random spot by the river and talk to the local people about food.   They will prepare a delicious meal for us, and we can compensate them accordingly. It's a lovely spot with plenty of greenery and a river where you can swim. I went there with my family once and can tell you all there is to know about it. For our school picnic, I highly recommend this spot. It is also safe, and the locals are extremely helpful.

We shall be highly pleased if you are willing to consider this option. We'll be able to schedule our picnic accordingly.
