sir,we are the students of class --,hereby to inform you that we have a large playground in our school. we must take care of it. But we shamely inform you that the boundaries our playground are so nasty and dirty .the gardener and the sweeper are neglecting this as their work. so students also don't want to move around or sit near this boundaries .
So Sir we request you to take the matter seriously. And be kind though to this matter.
