Sir,
I beg to report about my lost mobile phone on a trip to Lucknow. It was an Asus product of model number M3. It was purchased from Bajaj Mobiles Store on April 23, 2018. The original receipt is included herewith as proof of my ownership. The mobile was lost today between 10.25 am and 10.45 am when I was traveling from Lucknow to Delhi. It has been pick-pocketed by someone. Hence I would request you to please register my complaint regarding the issue.
