I am very sorry to report that my letters are not properly delivered to me.

The postman of our area, Shri Sunil Pal, is very irregular and careless. He does not perform his duty honestly. He delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street.

On the outer wall of my house I have put up a letter box bearing my name and address. But he does not put my letters into my house. I requested him many times but it no effect. I am, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.

Please take necessary action. I shall feel highly obliged to you for this.

Most humbly I beg to state that at present I along with my neighbors have been suffering a lot due to Mis-delivery of letter. I am sorry to say that my letters are not properly delivered to me. The new appointed postman , Mr. Das is irregular and careless . Even sometimes he delivers my letter to other person . So that we can't receive our important letters . I request him many times but he didn't change his behavior . He doesn't perform his work well.
