Respected Sir,

I am a student of your school from (class and section)

I am writing this letter to get your permission to start a ‘ Charity programme ’ in our school.

According to the school event Calender, the school celebrates ‘Joy of Giving week’ form 8th April to 13th April.

To celebrate the week, the students council has decided to arrange a charity programme in our school.

The students will be requested to gift some useful things for the poor during the programme.

The programme will also help the students to learn life skills and moral values, which is the main aim of the ‘ Joy of Giving’.

Please do grant us the permission for the programme.

Sincerely,
