I am Pratham Singh a student of Little Angels school studying in class 10th A I want to give a complain on one student his name is Hemanth Kumar everyday he is constantly bulling me i complained to my class teacher she told that let us give him a one chance he will bring a chance in his behavior but in the presence of the teacher he is acting like he has changed but when the teacher leaves he starts annoying everyone in the class.
And he is sitting in front of you and talking to his friend, it makes it difficult for you to listen what the teacher is saying day by day it is becoming an serious issue i am unable to concentrate in the class and he is disturbing everyone on the class when the classes are in progress he will talk illogical things in the class and he will create a disturbance in the class.
So, I request you to please take some necessary actions regarding this issue. I would be eagerly waiting for your correspondence in this matter.
